Hi Guys,

Figured I'd drop in here and post a comment.

First off, a little background (hang on, this'll be a long post btw). I was recently offered a Kentico CMS set up, together with hosting provided by Applied Innovations as part of a semi-sponsorship for a SQL Server User Group which I run here in Perth, WA.

Yesterday morning I was set and ready to move my domains over and figured first that i'd "delete" the old domain. Well, not being overtly familiar with Helm (believe that's the control panel used here?) I incidently deleted my site, database etc. Not smart and i felt like a true smuck for throwing such a spanner in the gears because i didn't bother to RTFM.

Anyways, nearly panic-stricken, i found myself clicking on the online LiveChat support which you guys provide - normally it's not available during human hours for us here in Western Australia, but lo and behold it was answered with a very polite message "Welcome to Applied Innovations LiveChat. How may i help you?".

First i didn't really know how much of a fool I should admit to having been done, since i've had tons of "bad" experiences with other hosting services, but decided in the end to fess up and admit i'd deleted everything. site..database..everything.

The gentleman on the chat (Scott Brown, bless his supporting heart) merely told me that he'd have a look, wont be long..

Long story cut extremely short - 10 minutes guys...what?? yes, 10 minutes and I was up and running again with a backup from 5am that very morning. I was gobsmacked guys! never have i had such a efficient service before and certainly never from an overseas service provider.

I know that story is a bit OT here, but it applies to how easy it is to get Kentico up and running again together with a fantastic and dedicated support from Applied Innovations.

I'll never fear advocating Applied Innovations (or Kentico for that matter) as i've seen firsthand how a brilliant team you guys are!!

Clocking out and thanks again fellas!

Steve,

I will open up a ticket with support so they can see why this is not showing for you.
