What if I don't have an active site and domain on the cloud server in 30 days?

Then you will not qualify for the $40 instant rebate and you'll be billed the normal monthly price.

Can I use this for my Database Servers as well?

Your first month is only $29.95 for all new cloud servers. However, to qualify for the discounted price the next 3 months you'll need to actually host a website on the server using a real domain name.

Is this offer available to resellers?
