Q.	Do I get database access?
A.	Although SharePoint portals are Microsoft SQL Server powered we cannot grant you database access.
Q.	What tool do you recommended to manage my hosted SharePoint account?

Q.	How much does additional SharePoint space cost?
A.	The cost for more space on your SharePoint site is $10/month per GB.
Q.	Do your SharePoint packages include E-mail?
A.	Email is not included although it is supported. The cost for email on a SharePoint account is $50/year for 100 users and 1 GB of space. This may be purchased from control.appliedi.net as an add-on.
Q.	Is SSL Supported On SharePoint sites?
A.	SSL is currently not offered on hosted SharePoint accounts as there are some known problems.
Q.	Can I transfer my SharePoint hosted account to you from another provider?
A.	You will need to ask your existing provider to give you a backup of your SharePoint site. You may always transfer a SharePoint site long as the prior host is running Windows SharePoint Services 3.
