This is the RAM (memory) limit of a given hosting plan. A site’s worker process is what keeps it running smoothly and quickly. If a site gets a lot of traffic, the RAM goes up; if the limit is reached the site can run very slowly. Typically when this occurs regularly, a more robust hosting plan is recommended.
