Microsoft Teams is our go-to messaging, video conference and telephony platform at Applied Innovations. If you're on Office 365 it's already available to you but if not Microsoft has a free version and is also making their Office 365 E1 plan FREE for 6 months for all businesses. That's not just teams, that's the full web enabled suite. It's a great time to work with a Microsoft Partner, like us, to get up and running. It's a great solution for Distance Learning as well.
Google offers its own suite of business tools, known as G-Suite, part of that is Google Hangouts and Google is offering Hangouts Meet for free
Zoom is probably one of the easier platforms to adopt and use. They've responding by removing the trial limits for schools and their free plan supports 40-minute meetings for free. Helps keep those meetings short and to the point.
Remote Access & Desktop Solutions
LogMeIn offers a number of products including remote access to your desktop products like GoToMyPC, remote meetings apps and even remote support solutions for IT groups. As a response to Coronavirus they're offering 3 months free access to all of their products for customers.
Splashtop is offering 60 days free access to their suite of tools for those organizations in areas hardest hit.
CloudFlare is offering their VPN alternative solution, CloudFlare For Teams for free for atleast 6 months.
Zoho is offering their remote work suite, Remotely, for free during this period.

FDOH Tracker - Provides updated information on a county by county basis
The Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program is currently available to small business owners located in all Florida counties statewide that experienced economic damage as a result of COVID-19.
