At Applied Innovations, customer satisfaction is our priority! Each of Applied Innovations’ virtual servers carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your virtual server within the first 30 days of usage, you will be given a full refund of the monthly fees excluding setup fees, overages, or domain registration fees. Setup fees will be retroactively charged if waived or discounted in the original charge. Setup fees are only refundable if the account order is canceled prior to activation. Applied Innovations must be notified within the first 30 days following activation. No refund is available after the 30th day. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated. Postal mail, and fax notifications are acceptable.

Phone and Email requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as transfer overages, disk space, pop accounts, additional domains, etc.
